Supported Payment Methods
Daolity provides flexibility when it comes to managing your payment methods. We support a variety of payment options to ensure a convenient and hassle-free experience.
Credit or Debit Cards: You can use major credit and debit cards for payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Paystack: If you prefer using your Paystack account, you can link it to your Daolity subscription.
Adding a payment method
Follow these steps to add a new payment method to your Daolity account:
Login: Sign in to your Daolity account.
Access Billing Settings: Navigate to your account settings. Look for the "Billing" section.
Add Payment Method: Within the payment section, you'll find an option to "Add Payment Method" Click on it.
Enter Details: Enter the necessary information for your chosen payment method, whether it's your credit card details or PayPal credentials.
Save: After providing the required information, click the "Link" button to add the new payment method to your account.
Updating a Payment Method
If you need to update your payment method, you can do so easily:
Access Billing Settings: Log in to your Daolity account and go to your account settings.
Choose Payment Methods: In the "Billing" section, look for the payment methods you've added.
Edit: Click on the payment method you want to update.
Edit Details: Make the necessary changes to your payment method, such as updating card information or Paystack account details.
Save Changes: Click the "Update" button to save the changes to your payment method.
Removing a Payment Method
If you no longer want to use a specific payment method, follow these steps to remove it from your Daolity account:
Access Billing Settings: Log in to your Daolity account and navigate to your account settings.
Choose Payment Methods: In the "Billing" section, find the payment method you wish to remove.
Remove: Next to the payment method, you'll find an option to "Remove". Click on it.
Confirm: Confirm the removal when prompted.
Billing Periods
Daolity offers flexibility in choosing your billing period. You can select the billing cycle that suits your preferences, whether it's a monthly or annual subscription.
Daolity offers the following billing periods:
Monthly: With a monthly billing cycle, you are billed once a month. This option is suitable for users who prefer flexibility and the ability to adjust their subscription more frequently.
Annual: Opting for an annual billing cycle means you are billed once a year. This choice often comes with cost savings and is ideal for those who want long-term stability.

Billing History
The Billing History feature in Daolity allows you to track and review your payment transactions, invoices, and subscription changes.
Accessing Your Billing History
Login: Sign in to your Daolity account.
Navigate to Billing Settings: Go to your account settings. Look for the "Billing" section.
Downloading Invoice
You can download and save your invoices for your records. Here's how:
Access Billing History: Follow the steps mentioned above to access your billing history.
Select Invoice: Click on the specific invoice you want to download or download all by clicking on the "Download All" button.
Download: Look for an option to "Download" the invoice as a PDF.
